Celebrate the height of harvest season with our Northern Michigan Harvest Dinner—a hands-on culinary experience where the meal is as collaborative as it is delicious. Participants will break into small groups, each responsible for preparing a different part of the menu using peak-season ingredients like local sweet corn, heirloom tomatoes, tart cherries, and smoked whitefish.
Together, we’ll cook, laugh, and learn—then sit down to enjoy the elegant buffet we’ve created as a group. This class is ideal for date-night, friend groups, or anyone who loves food, community, and Michigan’s late summer magic. 🍷 BYOB encouraged
